All refurbished items will have a grade in the product description; these grades will tell you roughly the state of the product. For more information on how our grading and refurbishment process works click here.
For protection for you and us your order is processed through our fraud detection software, therefore you may be notified with status updates. These will be:
Await Payment Status
Your card issuer (bank/credit/ card company) have declined payment on your recent order. This is usually due to security checks being carried out on the transaction. Please contact your card issuer to resolve this issue, and then login to your account and then click on your orders, go into your order and click the pay outstanding button, and re-enter your payment details.
Security Stop Status
This is usually caused by a number of various factors. This will also stop your order from being shipped, Please contact our sales team as soon as possible to get the issue rectified. Please note, orders with Await Payment or Security Stop statuses are automatically deleted and/or refunded if necessary within 72hours of placing your order.
If you would like a duplicate copy of one, or all of your invoices, you can now download them as a PDF document directly from our website. In order to do this, you would need to login to your online account on our website, and then go to the "My Account" section. From the account page, you would need to click the "My Invoices" button which will show you a list of available invoices that you can select to view and download. Please note, in order to open the PDF documents, you would need to download Adobe Reader which is free of charge.

No, all our refurbished products are quality checked before they leave our warehouse. Also all of our used products are graded so you will know what kind of condition they will arrive in.
4) Are my credit details safe when ordering over the internet?
Our sites are fully secured using the latest SSL technology and your data is encrypted before being stored on our servers only for the necessary amount of time before being deleted. Your data is never passed to any other companies other than for the prevention of fraud. Ordering online with us is guaranteed to be safe and secure. Financial information (for example: credit card numbers & expiry dates) is directly processed using a secure bank transaction - online transactions are handled for us by Commidea.
We use the most advanced encryption technology to make sure your personal details and payment details are kept safe at all times. This means there will be no unauthorised access to your account details. As an extra security measure, you will be automatically logged out of the website after 20 minutes of inactivity in case you forget to close your browser after use.
5) I have an unwanted item, can I return it?
If you have ordered an item by mistake, or find that you no longer require an item, please contact our sales team who will be able to provide you with a return number and the address to send the item(s) back to. Once items are received, they will be checked over and if found to be in satisfactory condition, we will provide you with a refund for the item.
Please note, all items returned would need to be in their original condition with packaging and any other accessories they may have come with.
Unless stated otherwise all products on our website are sold with a 12 Months RTB Warranty (Return to Base) or a manufacturers guarantee. Should a fault occur within the warranty period we will then provide you with the information you need to solve your fault or problem. We will endeavour to complete all returns within 5 working days. Why we collect certain information & how we use it.
When you place an order with us we need to know your name, address, email address, credit/debit card number and the card's expiry date (and also the issue number for some debit cards). This allows us, in conjunction with comidea to process and fulfil your order(s).
We also ask for your telephone number - enabling us to contact you in the unlikely event there is a problem with your order.
